GREENSCAN 3D - Periodically, golf greens need to be renovated. GreenScan 3D's Lidar scanning technology allows golf courses to restore their greens to an accuracy of 1/8" across the entire putting surface. An interesting footnote: Scott's responsible for providing the raw data used by Golf Channel in it's presentation of the Mutual of Omaha Putting Line for its tournament broadcasts. NEVER-SEARCH FOR GOLF - Though it's not perfect, Never-Search may well be the most complete source of information on golf courses in the US available today. Certainly, maintaining a current database of over 15,000 courses is a daunting task, but these guys do a pretty good job of staying on top of this industry.
